Concessions on site - no food permitted in nat.   Swimmers permitted hydration and snacks.

PPSL Reps for each team: Please remember the following:

• Case of water to hospitality, 
• Dues and Meet Fees (CHECK(s) in envelope marked with team name to heat sheet cash box).
• leftover DUAL meet ribbons (bring in bag to computer desk with team name included).

Information on Finals will be posted here once Prelims are finalized.

There will be two Psych sheets posted:

1. Relays - top 8 relays (EXCEPT 8&UMedley) will swim again in Finals.

2. Top 16 athletes will compete in Finals.    17 & 18 are Alternates.      Alternates are to report IN to the deck ref (the person with the whistle) ready to swim prior to the event.  Listen up to their announcement for an alternate.

IF an athlete needs to scratch, please notify the team that is  17th on the list.     If the athlete is top 8 and scratching, please notify the Computer table and/or email the meet director and entry chair.

IF WE ARE NOTIFIED OF A SCRATCH, we will do our best to share that info in advance.     

FOR COACHES & REPS

New 2025: entries and entry merge to be completed thru Swimtopia - NO EMAIL submission or reviews.

The meet file for Swim A champs will be automatically created on each team site.

You can set the meet to allow parents to 'indicate availability' OR you can hide it.

Complete your entries as you do any other meet. VISUALLY check your entries to ensure you have 2 entries per event, and no more than 2 entries per athlete.

Once complete, review entries with your coaches & Team Rep. Once entries are submitted, they are final!

Once final, lock your entries and indicate that they are ready to import.

DEADLINE for completion is July 3 at 6pm. Entries are FINAL once merged.
You will NOT be sent a confirmation report because you can run your own reports thru Swimtopia under the Meets section.   I STRONGLY recommend you send three reports to your coaches and reps to review: Entry by name, by entries, and the matrix report.    Each one might help find something another missed.   BUT PLAN AHEAD - entries must be final by July 3 at 6pm.

REMINDER: enter relay alternates as a precaution for injuries or illness. You may specify up to 4 alternates for each relay.
