DIVE Championship Meets
1) Look over the entire A Champ PDF attached below. Please, do this ASAP and before you follow up with any questions. There are lots of details, so read twice if you need to :) League rules and A Champ Requirements are also attached for your reference, if needed.
2) Submit your team roster by 8pm on Saturday, July 11th. This is the ONLY way that we can verify that all of your entries have been submitted!
3) Submit your entries online via CleanEntries.com (recommended) or eDive by 8pm on Saturday, July 11th, as outlined in the PDF. CleanEntries is NEW this year, so it is not the required method for entries this season. If you would like to set up an account, give me a call at (513)304-8092 and I will help you through the process. If you prefer to stick with eDive entries, this will be fully allowed for the 2026 A Champ Meet. *We will most likely switch to the CleanEntries method for the 2027 summer season*
4) Get your checks in by Saturday, July 11th. Options for this are outlined in the A Champ info packet below.
5) Make sure that you stress to your families that A Champs will be a CASH ONLY VENUE! This will be required for spectator access to the pool deck, concessions and programs. Please, encourage parents to buy programs and from our concessions table. This is how we recoup a good chunk of our pool rental money! It is important for you to make these deadlines as there will be NO LATE ENTRIES ALLOWED! We will try our best to catch teams/coaches at B Finals next Saturday to remind them, but cannot guarantee an in person reminder before the due date. This is ultimately the responsibility of each team's coaches and reps to get done.
